Credit Control Desk

Overdue invoices chased for you — politely, from the first day late.

Upload your aged receivables from Xero or QuickBooks. We work out what every late invoice is owed, including the statutory interest and fixed sum the Late Payment Act gives you, and chase each customer with letters you approve. You pay 5% of what actually comes in, and nothing if nothing does.

A range is enough.

Your accounting system

We send a link that signs you in. There is no password.

No card, no contract at this step. You upload your aged receivables, we show you who we would chase and what each customer owes with interest, and only then do you decide.

What is a late invoice really owed?

Between businesses, the law adds interest at 8% over the Bank of England base rate, plus a fixed £40, £70 or £100 per invoice. Try it on one of yours:

Enter the amount and the due date.

Invoices already paid late still carry that interest for six years. We can claim it back for you too.

How it works

  1. You upload the export. Aged receivables or the invoice list, as Excel or CSV. No integration and no login to your accounts at this step.
  2. We draw up the plan. Every overdue invoice, its interest worked out line by line, and the letter we suggest for each customer. You can hold anyone you would rather not chase.
  3. You approve, we chase. Letters go out in your name. When a customer pays, we record it, and you see what came in.

What it costs

5% of what we collect · nothing up front

No monthly fee, no set-up charge, no minimum. If a customer does not pay, you owe us nothing for them.

What we do not do

We do not take anyone to court, and our letters never threaten legal action. After the final reminder, the decision — a solicitor, your own claim, or letting it go — stays with you. We only chase invoices to businesses, never to consumers, and we never promise that a customer will pay.

Credit Control Desk chases business-to-business invoices. We are not solicitors, we do not take court action, and this is not legal advice. Statutory interest figures are worked out from the dates in your ledger.

How your ledger is handled: privacy notice. The engagement in full: terms.
